What this site is for

To explain walk-in tubs honestly and to take assessment requests. The price brackets and product explanations published here are general guidance written with care; the figure that binds anyone is the written quote handed over after a visit to your actual bathroom.

Asking for an assessment

The request is free and puts you under no obligation of any kind. All we ask in return is contact details that are truly yours. Work, dates and payment are agreed later, on paper, after the visit, and never over a first phone call.

Using the site fairly

No flooding the forms, no pretending to be someone else, no attempts to break what other visitors rely on. Traffic that behaves that way is filtered out quietly.

Where our responsibility ends

We write our guidance carefully, but a website cannot see your plumbing, your floor joists or your insurance plan. Decisions taken on general reading alone remain your own, within the limits the law allows, and nothing here reduces the rights the law gives you regardless.

Whose work this is

The words, pictures and structure of this site are ours or licensed to us. Quote a passage with a mention of where it came from and we are glad; copy pages wholesale and we are not.
