This page is written to be read, not skimmed past. It says what we know about you, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What you tell us
An assessment request holds only what you typed: your ZIP code, the kind of help you chose, your name, your phone number, and the note about your bathroom if you wrote one. Our server also keeps routine technical records, such as an IP address, which we use to keep automated junk out of the same inbox your request lands in.
Why we keep it
To call you back, prepare your quote and plan the home visit. That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not pass them to advertisers. The person who phones you is working on your tub, not on a script.
Whose hands it passes through
The coordinator who calls you, the crew that comes to your home, and the companies that host our servers and email under their own confidentiality obligations. Nobody else.
How long it stays
For the life of your project and the ordinary bookkeeping period after it. If you would like it gone sooner, one email to contact@walk-in-tubs-installation.com is enough, and gone means gone.
Cookies and the map
There are no advertising cookies here. A plain session cookie may exist so the form works. The map further down our pages loads only when you reach it or press its button, and once loaded it belongs to its provider and that provider's own privacy policy.
What you can ask of us
To see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to contact@walk-in-tubs-installation.com, plainly and in your own words, and it will be done without forms or fuss.
